I moved here in St. Francis Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare from the hospital, and I've been here for two years now. A lot of people are confined to the bed and everything, but they have some activities some days. They have bingo, entertainment that comes in sometimes, and stuff like that. Sometimes it's slow, but they are hiring people now.

It shouldn’t go back to the way before it was put on under someone else’s hands. I was pleased when my mother and my husband’s aunt were there. It's a home they take very good care of me from the nursing staff to the aides they are remarkable.The staff just go above and beyond for me. I been in this facility for eight years and I've been treated with the up most respect. The activity program is great we have so many different entertainers, crafts, cookouts when it's nice out, movie night, clay class, and my favorite bingo. The list goes on and the staff is just so warm and welcoming.

The church, designed by famous Renaissance Italian architect Matteo Borgorelli, one of the first Renaissance sacral structures north of the Alps, was intended for Unity's divine services. My mother and my husband’s aunt was at Saint Francis. They got very good care, but we go there every night. It was clean, and the meals weren’t bad.
With Dignity
That's not to say we didn't have a few questionable situations, but my grandmother was not always the most behaved patient. She could get combative with her caregiver if she didn't want to do what was intended (changing, getting to bed, etc.). She ended up with a few minor injuries. In these situations, I don't necessarily believe that there was misconduct by the nurses, however I think the disclosure of the situation could have been better handled. My family didn't know about the injuries until they saw them for themselves, by then the investigation into the cause was launched retroactively, which made it more difficult to determine. We have since lost my grandmother, to natural causes, but during her 7 year stay, we were quite pleased with the care.
And a few of the staff treat the patients like pure shit.. I have no respect for this place not only cause of my love one but because of what i wittness.. They should be shut down indefinitly.. Upon arrival, each resident receives a thorough evaluation to determine their physical, learning and emotional needs.
St. Francis Home offers, professional and caring, 24/7 onsite nursing care including RN's, LPN's, and CNA's. My mother-in-law was in St. Francis nursing home and the place was very nice. Her room was spacious enough and the staff were very kind to her. She also got along very well with her roommate. She never complained about not liking it there.
I like the service that was provided to me. The nurses are nice and therapy was amazing. I really enjoyed my stay at St. Francis.

It looked very well staffed and well managed, and the facility was extremely clean. I've had three other people that I know that have had family members there that highly recommend it.

Saint Francis Nursing Home is a really great place. It is the best place any elderly person can be. They serve all the meals, including snacks. They also have entertainment once in a while and an activity room where they can watch TV and movies. I like everything about St. Francis, but i enjoy the activities the most.
They push you to reach all of your goals you set. St. Francis is not just a nursing facility, it's my home the staff treat me with dignity and respect, I've been here for 10 years so yes I am very happy. Typically, you will be given a list of choices for rehabilitation centers. St. Francis Home’s 107-bed skilled nursing facility is the heart of our care campus where we strive to create a homelike atmosphere all while providing exceptional care for our residents. We provide the latest in long-term care and have staff trained in Alzheimer’s disease and dementia. The home is Medicare and Medicaid certified. We ran into a difficult time at the front desk in the daytime.
